Families are referred by the District Courts to a Safe Exchange & Supervised Visitation program in their area.

Through these services, children are protected from further harm, yet may maintain relationships with their noncustodial parent. Research shows that children having healthy relationships with both parents thrive best; they perform better in school and the community and are able to grow to their highest potential.
