We have had reports of cyber criminals imitating court telephone numbers (“spoofing”) and demanding that citizens pay money for fines or fees in cases involving relatives. These calls are not valid. New Mexico Courts will never call citizens to ask for payments of any kind.

Procurement Information

The SESV programs are selected by the District Courts and the AOC following the State’s procurement process.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) is released and offerors have a chance to review the requirements and develop a plan to provide services in one or more counties. The selected provider will obtain a one-year contract, signed by the Court, the AOC and the provider, and if service delivery is satisfactory, may continue to operate the program for an additional three years under the procurement. Please check AOC’s Request for Proposal page for new information. This webpage will also list pdf versions of recently issued RFPs.
